Shay Raddant

Residing in the Greater San Diego area, I travel to various regions to help companies and teams focus on the human side of change when going through corporate transformations. After more than 15 years of working for Fortune 500 corporations, leading teams and executives through organizational transformations, I have gained a deep understanding of just how hard change can be for both individuals and organizations. My training in Psychology and the neuroscience of coaching helps me in supporting my clients, allowing them to overcome obstacles that stand in the way of success. I am a certified CCMP Change Leader through ACMP and use various methodologies including Prosci’s ADKAR.

Having worked in multiple industries and countries, across various continents I understand the world of global and heavily matrixed organizations and all their complexities. By connecting corporate strategy with the human side of change, I help clients create long lasting transformations. As part of my work on Change Management, I facilitate workshops for leaders and teams focused on team effectiveness and development.

I proudly serve on the Board of Directors for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) SoCal Chapter as Regional San Diego Chair. Connect with me if you’re interested to find out more!
